Casa Clara

A Project To Live Limitlessly

Casa Clara is a project that makes Nature a part of its design, integrating it inside its spaces and customizing luxury features for pure uniqueness.
Henge decorates the spaces of Casa Clara, a stunning luxury private residence that is a majestic architectural masterpiece. Ralph Choe and Ruben Gomez, from award-winning studio Choe Levy Fischman Architects, created this rationalist project applauded as one of Miami’s South Beach most prestigious residences. Completed in the early 2016, the entire project has been developed on a surface of 2,100sq. m., featuring a residence of 1,150sq. m., making a strong, standing statement of power and magnificence while connecting the Ocean and integrating it with its design. As a diamond capturing light, the project catalyzes the effects of blue sea, green earth and dusky pink sky, embracing the place where it stands and making the elements of the landscape a part of the design themselves.
Ralph Choe and Ruben Gomez’s manifesto underlines exclusive details, exquisite finishes, strictly uncompromising quality and extreme customization, expresses a relaxed approach towards the world of luxury. The modern and strongly rationalist architecture meets an idea of interior design that is warm, elegant and cosy, abandoning the cold minimalism in favor of a passionate atmosphere. That is the reason why Choe Levy Fischman Architects chose Henge and its ability to bend the space with an extreme handcrafted customization and with the warmth of Made in Italy craftsmanship design. Henge was called to interpret the mood of this project that is an ode to Nature and contrasts, and also to contrasts of Nature: from the lights of dawn and dusk that become part of the house through the giant movable glass walls, to the thin line dividing earth and sea, the surrounding intimately penetrates every detail of the project. The pieces selection was made by Henge in collaboration with Miami’s luxury Solesdì Showroom, which represents the brand in this urban area that is undergoing such an intense architectural transformation. Casa Clara is, in fact, located on Venetian Islands, between Miami and Miami Beach. Right in the hearth of the most prestigious areas that are very popular among the élite, it is a strategically invaluable outpost for the Made in Italy brand that is increasing its widespread presence in the territory of the U.S.
Henge selection of products for Casa Clara was almost entirely customized in dimensions, combinations and finishings to give the project the sense of its philosophy of uniqueness and extreme craftsmanship ability.
The selection of furniture pieces, result of a tailoring process comparable to the one taking place in an atelier, stems from an extensive and thorough craft work that balances formal rigor and freedom of creative expression, far from manufacturing serial schemes. For Henge, interior design entails the complete customization of the domestic setting, a sort of laboratory where everything is made possible by the hands of Italian craftsmen and the selection of the numerous customization elements as rare materials, precious finishings, techniques, harmonizing colors, non-standard sizes and manufacturing evolutions. As for the suspended chandeliers transformed, for the occasion, in elegant appliques, or floor lamps turned into table lamps, chairs into kitchen stools and libraries –totally revisited from the original catalogue version– to be able to be molded in order to suit the needs of every space. A tangible demonstration of the fact that HENGE furniture collection is nothing but a starting point for an accurate work of visionary interpretation of the requirements of contemporary living. Visual and tactile suggestions, as the lacquer finishes, especially created for Casa Clara; sensory contrasts able to complete the minimalist and pure aesthetic of structural architecture; functional interpretations that meet concrete needs as functionality and absolute comfort.
Art as a free approach and life experiential process.
