Grand Opening, Spiga 34

A truly heartfelt thank you to everyone who celebrated such an important moment with us. The opening of the new Spiga 34 showroom, our new home, represents a fundamental step in our journey and a bold choice stating our will to stay and believe in Milan.
In the beating heart of the city – within the fashion design district of the Milanese luxury, in Via della Spiga 34 – a prestigious showroom of more than 750 square meters opened its doors presenting a new, superb collection, sprung from the inspiration of Massimo Castagna, designers Ugo Cacciatori and Isabella Genovese, with the collaboration of the famous designer duo Yabu Pushelberg.
We could only celebrate all of this with a unique party, where our special guests Kruder & Dorfmeister made us dance till late to launch a design week we’ll hardly forget.

Atelier Henge hosts the launch of the new Jimmy Choo collection

The presentation of the Spring Summer 2019 collection of the London luxury house Jimmy Choo was held in the exclusive Atelier Henge during Milan Fashion Week.

Jimmy Choo, one of the best-known footwear and accessories brands in the world, transformed the Via della Spiga space, just for one day from the Henge house into the “House of Choo”.

The exhibition concept for the collection created a strong, visually impactful set up. Shoes and accessories with a feminine and refined designed by Jimmy Choo, were elegantly displayed on the latest Henge furniture pieces, perfectly connecting the two brands’ luxurious style.

Among the people attending the event were high-level guests, including creative director Sandra Choi as well as numerous partners, socialites, influencers, designers, and journalists from all over the world.

It was yet another occasion where the sophisticated Henge design met high fashion brands, increasingly affirming the Atelier as a place of contemporary style.

Henge at Salone del Mobile 2018

The evolution of the identity of the brand shown this year at Salone del Mobile,  is oriented towards the research of materials and uniqueness of creations, recoiling from the mere function of furniture, transforming into the manifesto of a cognitive and experimental path dedicated to craftsmanship.

Through its completely customizable and often modular products, Henge headed by Creative Director Massimo Castagna, pushes the boundaries of design, intentionally straying from limitations imposed by serial industrial productions. The catalogue becomes the starting point for endless compositional harmonies, whose codes communicate with rare techniques and materials, precious finishing, uncommon dimensions and combinations.

The selection of new products from 2018 collection by Massimo Castagna dedicated to the Salone del Mobile presents two living areas and a dining area and the special collaboration with Stephen Tierney.
